Papa Johns Pizza - Ardmore

Love Papa John's. Great franchise. Had a few issues with orders, but I received honest communication upon asking and had good service response. Their pizza is great! Would definitely order and am glad they opened this store so near me!

The service is always prompt, and everything is fresh! I typically do takeout, and by the time I place my order and arrive, the food is just coming out of the oven. The staff is consistently professional too. I don’t usually eat at Papa John’s anywhere else, but this location is a favorite for my family. Plus, there are always great deals available on their website.

I'm not usually a fan of pizza, but the last one I had was amazing. I highly recommend it!

The Works Pizza was really tasty. Unfortunately, Papa John's wings aren't very good.

This is, without a doubt, the worst Papa John's I've ever visited. Don't get me wrong; some days are better than others, particularly when the older gentleman isn't working. They informed the Ardmore Plaza staff that they offer a discount, but this person seems to selectively decide who receives it and which items qualify. When I order online and apply the discount, everything goes smoothly, but in-store, there's always an issue with him. I've worked in Ardmore longer than the store has even been open, and I've never had a problem like this with anyone else. Because of his poor customer service, my coworkers and I have decided not to purchase from this location, and we actively advise our customers to avoid it as well. He is consistently rude to us.
