Overall rating: 4.5/5atmosphere/ HH seating is just at the bar/lounge. what’s nice is that the bar has two tv’s. there’s also outdoor bar seating when the weath... read more Overall rating: 4.5/5atmosphere/ HH seating is just at the bar/lounge. what’s nice is that the bar has two tv’s. there’s also outdoor bar seating when the weather is nice! never had a problem getting a couple chairs food comes out as it’s ready so i’ve never had to wait too longpricing i’ve gone to dandan for happy hour like 10 times in the past year. it’s easily one of my favorite HH spots, especially this location i’ve been to the center city location once and the menu and prices differ slightly they have changed their menu items prices a couple times but generally still such a good selection of drinks and food for a decent pricefood baby dandan noodles: lil spicy but v flavorful and a classic dandan dish baby dumplings in chili oil: dumplings wontons *wontons pictured* , but the chili oil is what makes this dish. i’ve used it for other dishes lol tumeric fried chicken wings: so crispy juicy pan fried juicy pork buns: perfectly fried bottom and fluffy soft bun on top. inside filling is so good juicy. i’m personally not a fan of vinegar based sauces so the sauce is a no from me

The servers were nice but were in a rush. I walked in at 7:15pm and left within an hour or less. The entree ginger shredded duck sat on my table for the entire service untouched. No manager came out. We did not receive our last small dish until AFTER the server brought out the check and did not offer us a dessert menu. The molten lava cake had nothing molten about it. Nor was it hot it was warm/cold.. the matcha cake itself tasted like uncooked eggs and the ice cream tasted as if it had frost bite. I could have tipped nothing but I know personally what it is like to work in the tipped industry. For almost $88 I would be better off going to my local corner store. I HIGHLY DO NOT recommend.

We had the dry pot chicken and it was seasoned to perfection. Our server suggested it and she was spot on with it. We will definitely be back!

DanDan Suburban Square   I am thoroughly impressed with DanDan on many levels.  We had a reservation on a busy Sat pm 2 weeks ago.  We got there and there was n... read more DanDan Suburban Square   I am thoroughly impressed with DanDan on many levels.  We had a reservation on a busy Sat pm 2 weeks ago.  We got there and there was no reservation and nothing available.  We were bummed but had a great meal at RosaMexican which made up for it.  I let Catherina know and she immediately looked into it and then had her regional manager Justincall me.  We made another reservation last night with Justin.  We ordered the potstickers, a sizzling wonton platter and avery spicy tofu, the fried ice cream dish plus cocktails.   The servings were humongous... really one entree dish is enoughfor two people to split if they have some rice to go with it.  The sizzling wonton dish was prepped tableside  I love thedrama of tableside preperation... and then you know how fresh it is too!  The main entrees were extremely delicious.  I justloved the bold flavors in both of them.   We have a ton of leftovers today.  Justin came to our table at the end to make sureeverything was ok.   I was not only really impressed with the food but more impressed with  DanDan's commitment andfollow up to make sure their customers are taken care of even if there was a mistake. We all make mistakes but loved gettingspecial treatment and attention to make up for it.  This makes me want to return to DanDan even more!  Thank you so much Catand Justin!
