Good home cooking style buffet. Had delicious fried chicken when I was here that's what I had. Salad bar, lots of desserts including soft serve ice cream. Only complaint is no menu to choose from. View all feedback.

Mildred's is right on the AL TN line. It's a great place for home style southern food. Everything is seasoned to perfection you can't go wrong with any of the selections available. The atmosphere is family oriented, seat yourself, and all are welcome. It is buffet style so if you're not used to this or your preference is not buffets then you're likely not going to be comfortable. Hand sanitizing stations are located throughout the restaurant. The buffet is reasonably priced however carrying out your leftovers is not recommended. A carry out is up charged 5.99 per pound. Small people children tend to not finish their plate so keep this in mind. Be mindful comfortable rest room facilities are available, however there are only two stalls and are usually crowded. Overall I enjoyed the food and will be back, and like the sign says I'll count my blessings instead of the calories!
