The beans were overly thick, and the red sauce had a watery consistency. The staff was friendly, but they could benefit from additional training.

I was disappointed to find that they didn't have sweet tea, and there was no Sprite or Sierra Mist available either. The popcorn chicken mostly consisted of fri... read more I was disappointed to find that they didn't have sweet tea, and there was no Sprite or Sierra Mist available either. The popcorn chicken mostly consisted of fried batter, and the pieces that did contain chicken looked unappetizing. The taco shells were incredibly soggy. On a positive note, the young staff members were very friendly, and the fries were quite tasty.

The mashed potatoes were brown instead of white, and the gravy was unpleasant. The chicken appeared to be reheated and tasted greasy. The only decent items were... read more The mashed potatoes were brown instead of white, and the gravy was unpleasant. The chicken appeared to be reheated and tasted greasy. The only decent items were the coleslaw and biscuits. I was reluctant to give it another try, but I did, and I regret not trusting my instincts. This will be my last visit. KFC has really declined in quality.

Got home wit... read more Giving 1 star, cuz I can't give 0 stars. Got to the window, and handed them my money, then dude didn't even give me my change, I had to ask for it. Got home with my 12 piece chicken box, and 1. The chicken is hard as a rock, 2. The Mac n cheese is overcooked, 3. The mashed potatoes were dry as hell, 4. There's no biscuits. And to top it all off, they won't even answer thephone. We will NOT be going back. $40 wasted.
