I have been hoping this location would improve service and the food, and it has...from time to time over the years. Unfortunately, they have not been able to maintain the improvements. Came in around lunchtime...they had no original chicken....I think they said about 20 min or so before it would be ready...couldnt wait that long.....so I settled for a ok version of xtra crispy....the drive thru lady apologized and said sheonly had 2 people working today....including herself...soooo....I understand how stressful that job is....working with ashortage of people....anyhow...I am sure that I will be back to give them another try....but It may be awhile.

Giving 1 star, cuz I can't give 0 stars. Got to the window, and handed them my money, then dude didn't even give me my change, I had to ask for it. Got home with my 12 piece chicken box, and 1. The chicken is hard as a rock, 2. The Mac n cheese is overcooked, 3. The mashed potatoes were dry as hell, 4. There's no biscuits. And to top it all off, they won't even answer thephone. We will NOT be going back. $40 wasted.
