The meal was reasonably priced at around $10 to $20 per person, which is great value for the quality offered. The food was exceptional, earning a solid 5 stars for its freshness and flavor. The Miso Soup, in particular, stood out as a must-try dish. Service was equally impressive, receiving a 5-star rating. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. After a string of disappointing teriyaki dishes at other eateries, this phenomenal salmon teriyaki broke the streak! It was accompanied by five different remarkably fresh vegetables,and notably delicious rice. Also pictured is the best katsu don we've had in the area. Not to mention the miso soup... Oftenoverlooked, but an additional bright spot on a meal when it's done as well as this one was! My dinner companion and I agreedthat across the board they let their quality ingredients shine in the way Japanese cooking lends itself to so well. And for theicing on the cake, they fielded my dairy and egg allergies like champs. Exceptional experience, will be back very soon! Thelunch specials are just too tempting.
