Rude staff and a completely screwed up order. Didn't order from here for the last few months due to issues before but figured I'd give it one more try and this was the worst experience yet. It sucks that companies just hire anyone and people who couldcare less about doing their job.

Love the friendly and diligent staff at this Sweet Green, especially ?Susie.? She?s witty, funny and cheerful, and all the while super quick and thorough at her craft. : The salads are great, too!

I?ve been here several times and have enjoyed my food each time. Everything is fresh, made to order and with quality ingredients. The seasonal ?summer BBQ? salad was almost too pretty to eat! Both food service are 5 stars.

Almost without fail there is a huge mistake in my order each visit, even when I order in person. I don?t even customize my bowl other than what is provided via the menu as a standard option. How can you completely omit key ingredients, such as the rice orgrain in a ?crispy rice bowl?? Disappointing service for an otherwise solid establishment.

I really enjoy salad restaurants that allow you to customize your own bowl, and Sweetgreen is fantastic for that, using organic and local ingredients. I appreciate their transparency, as they provide a list detailing the sources of each ingredient. The menu featured many enticing salad options that could be made vegan, but I decided to create my own with mesclun greens, caramelized onions, spicy sunflower seeds, beets, avocado, and tofu. Although the last two toppings had an extra charge, they truly elevated the salad. I selected the pesto vinaigrette dressing, one of several clearly labeled vegan options available. While the beets could have been a bit more tender and juicy, the salad was excellent overall. My only complaint was that my husband’s order was incorrect; he had requested the Earth bowl with tofu instead of chicken, but it arrived with chicken. The staff quickly made him a new one. Additionally, I had ordered frozen yogurt for my son in a cone, but it was served in a cup instead. When I asked for a cone, the employee discarded the cup and gave me a new cone, which felt wasteful. Despite these minor issues, Sweetgreen is a wonderful lunch spot in the Main Line area.
