family owned and local, mostly organic ingredients. so far this is the best Italian food in humboldt county. it is fresh and there are in the regular two vegan options on the menu. the pasta is made fresh and shed with all kinds of delicious ingredients. my favorite is the garlic and the cale with roasted brothcrumbs. not to miss! Been wanting to try this place for awhile now...... finally made it there. Everything is homemade from scratch with all local ingredients which is great. But the flavors were just not that great, and they are really expensive. Like fine dining prices with cafe taste. Pretty bummed about my experience here and not sure if I will be back.
