amazing ciders on tap! we stayed here on our trip through the coast after we fell in love with the pnw. such a great variety of choices that our favorite was the pineapple. we enjoyed a piece of cake from the business next door and had a wonderful meal (of cake and apple wine) on their beautiful covered terrace on a rainy day. What User doesn't like about The Local Cider:
No tastes given. Sold an undrinkable sour, tasteless glad of fizzy ****. Asked politely if they'd replace with something more flavorful. He agreed. He took the drink beck suggested a Blurberry and then wanted to charge me! Customer service anyone? View all feedback.
The food and drink are great, the obnoxious Blonde guy working there is loud, and foul-mouthed. Kids and all in the shop and he is loudly swearing, and talking to other employees and some friends of his. Made what would have been a solid 5 star experience 2 at best, because of him. I had a wonderful evening at The Local Cider Bar, thanks to the delightful ciders, inviting atmosphere, and friendly staff. I was particularly impressed by their reasonably priced options, with 10oz ciders at just $8 and 5oz ones for only $3! I loved the hard kombuchas and their house-made blueberry cider, which had a pleasantly dry and tangy flavor. Tyler, our server, was incredibly sweet and offered excellent recommendations. It’s the perfect place to relax with friends and enjoy a drink or two (or three)!
The service was excellent and incredibly quick. Lucas offered fantastic recommendations and crafted a special drink for me, which I thoroughly enjoyed. The atmosphere was wonderful, with very friendly patrons creating a great vibe. We tried a flight, a 10 oz, and two 16 oz drinks, and everything was fantastic. There’s a huge selection, so there’s definitely something for everyone.
The Humboldt pies were overrated and terribly salty with only white flour and too buttery. The salad was full of wilted brown lettuce. The bar seems fine. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
