What User doesn't like about Tong Tak House:
Would give it 0 stars if possible. The food was room temperature. Nothing was served hot. Everything tastes average. When you let the staff know about the cold food that was just served by them they will argue with you and give you attitude. They even roll their eyes at you. Never coming back again. Used to be a Good place to have dim sum. But during pandemic, they have cut down on their dim sum menu, only a few dim sums are offered. I still gave them a 4 stars because the foods are still very tasty. They kept the quality, but service is bad now due to limited workers.Right now, only about 10 different dim sum are on the menu including my favorite gluttonous rice wrapped in lotus leaf and fried dumpling with pork fillings. The prices on the dim sums right now are less than $4. Very good price for dim sum. But If you want to have a full dim sum experience during this time, this is not the place. The other regular dishes are good but pricey. But for the BBQ pork rice to go, the price is less $5, that’s a very good deal. The outdoor dining area is pleasant but service is very slow.
We ended up here because we were treated terribly by the one next door where we were supposed to go. I’m really glad we had a chance to try this place out, the food is great and service was very good.
Would give 0 stars if I could. Horrible customer service and delivery times, I live 5 minutes away and had to wait 2 hours. Definitely would not recommend!

We came here for a dim. the standards were good (har gow/shu mai) but the non-dim sum articles were meh! the vermicelli nudeln and fried rice were inspiring.
