A longtime local favorite for customizable poke, this Arcadia spot shines with fresh fish, flavorful rice and friendly, fast service — making it a reliable go-to for lunch or dinner. Regulars praise quality and variety, though recent visits note smaller portions, heavy sauces, limited toppings and occasional brusque service. Some popular sauces and yellowtail were discontinued, and amenities vary by location. Worth visiting for taste and convenience, but expect higher prices and check availability of desired toppings and extras before ordering.
I've been enjoying poke bowls from this restaurant for a while, but I must say I'm a bit disappointed with my recent visit. I ordered a small bowl with two scoops of protein and a vegetable base, but it felt only half full and was gone after just a few bites. Additionally, the server added way too much sauce, making it overwhelmingly salty and heavy. In the past, my smaller bowls have had more generous portions. After finishing my bowl, I found myself looking for something else to eat. Considering the price of $12.99 plus a 10% sales tax, it's not exactly cheap. I'm going to have to think twice about returning.
This is an incredible restaurant with outstanding food! I visit at least once a week, sometimes even twice in a single day! I can’t get enough—my go-to order is two tuna and one albacore! I also love adding a bit of spice for extra flavor! So tasty!
It could use some improvement. The quality of the fish isn't great, and the portion size per bowl is quite small, although the price isn't too bad. I would give it a 4-star rating because I'd love to see more options on the menu.
This place used to be the best poke in Arcadia. Now it's just average. The discontinuation of Yellowtail and Lime Cilantro sauce were bad decisions. The smaller portions are disappointing, and the lack of basic things like chopsticks, restrooms, andtake-home sauces like soy sauce and hot sauce are just ridiculous. The manager of this place must have changed, since standardscontinue to just drop. Would recommend to instead order from somewhere else like Bay Poke instead.
The poke bar is one of my go-to lunch/dinner options. What makes them great is the friendly faces and fast service combined with options. There is a price difference between the stores of the same chain and what they do/don?t offer based on their locations.The food is often a little pricy but mostly very good quality.
