My teriy... read more My first time trying bone marrow and it's so delicious! Pick up was convenient and easy! They gave me instructions on how to bake in the oven or grill. My teriyaki bone marrow came out amazing. Super buttery and creamy. Can't wait to try more flavors!

My husband and I went back o... read more Let me just say, I LOVE bone marrow . It was perfect timing that a friend of mine tagged me in her giveaway with The Golden Marrow. My husband and I went back on keto after I was off it for about a year because I got pregnant and just had a baby earlier this year--meaning, I craved all the carbs lol. But like I said, the timing couldn't have been more perfect and what made it even more perfect was that I was one of the giveaway winners! Needless to say, I was so excited for my prize! When I went to pick up my marrow, I was given the choice of either teriyaki or gochujang. I chose gochujang and right when I got home I put it in the oven and roasted it according to the instructions that came with the package. It was amazingly delicious!! And keto friendly

We had a seamless experience from placing the order online, to picking up the marrow, and cooking it to perfection. We opted for the unseasoned, plain bone marrow because we wanted to have it as an accompaniment to the other dishes we were cooking caramelized shallot pasta and a lemon vinaigrette salad). The instructions on the package were clear, and the process was straightforward. The marrow itself was a good serving, comparable to what you'd find at a fine dining restaurant, but at a quarter of the price! I also appreciate the philanthropy of The Golden Marrow; according to their website, each purchase provides ten meals via Feeding America. It's nice to see businesses giving back, especially during these challenging times. If you want to treat yourself, consider taking some of The Golden Marrow home, it won't disappoint.

I've never made bone marrow, just tried it at restaurants, but was by far my favorite and it was easily made in the comfort of my own home! The Golden Marrow really made it so simple to cook or bake lol. It's neatly wrapped in a vacuum-sealed bag with instructions on the bag on how to cook the bone marrow. It literally only took about 15 minutes--excluding the time of you warming up the stove--because the flavoring is already prepared. The bone marrow was really soft, literally melted like butter and was just UMAMI. I would totally get this again, no doubt!! I wish I could upload my video to show how smoothly it slid off the bone but you can find that out yourself by getting yourself some GOLDEN bone marrow!!!

I got all three of the flavors Korean Gochu, Black Garlic Glaze, and Bacon Jam. Every different flavor is so unique weather you want sweet, or savory. Directions were super clear and simple. 15 minutes defrost from the fridge to 12-15 minutes in the oven. I did mine for 15 minutes and it came out perfectly. Mix it with something good, but I just did a simple baguette. Totally would recommend for those who never tried bone marrow or those who have a craving!!
