The vegetarian food is absolutely delicious, and the service is excellent. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the owner/waitress is always cheerful, ready to offer recommendations or provide details about the ingredients and preparation of the dishes. It really has a warm, welcoming atmosphere that feels like home. The prices are fantastic, especially given the generous portion sizes.

I visited this restaurant for the first time and really enjoyed it. The crispy spring rolls were fantastic, and I loved the spicy noodle dish, although I can’t recall its name.

The server was incredibly helpful in assisting us with our order. The service was prompt, and the food was delicious. If it weren't so far away, this would definitely be my favorite spot for Taiwanese cuisine.

I discovered Bean Sprouts Inc. on HappyCow and happened to be nearby recently, so we decided to stop in for lunch. The restaurant has apparently been around for years and offers a casual atmosphere with Taiwanese home-style cooking. Our group shared several dishes: curry with rice (decent), fried spring rolls (surprisingly flavored with yellow curry, which wasn’t quite what I expected), savory faux ground meat with rice (flavorful), and wonton noodle soup (good). Overall, the flavors tend to be simple and mild, so if you prefer something bolder or more savory, be sure to ask your server for recommendations.
