Having done a weeks trekking through this region of Sardinia our final destination was the campsite at Sciopadroxiu where we were booked in for four nights accommodation including breakfast and dinner. We came late, the waitress took our order after half an hour and told us that for the kitchen there was to wait a bit. We agreed, and we started playing cards to pass the time. When the starter (cozze gratinate, i.e. mussles) arrived, however, it was cold. I 'm ok waiting but not if also my food is waiting on the kitchen...
