What antoniom388 doesn't like about Sciopadroxiu:
We came late, the waitress took our order after half an hour and told us that for the kitchen there was to wait a bit. We agreed, and we started playing cards to pass the time. When the starter (cozze gratinate, i.e. mussles) arrived, however, it was cold. I 'm ok waiting but not if also my food is waiting on the kitchen... We then had a grigliata mista that was also partially cold. And when the waiter brought the spaghetti he managed to spill sauce on one of us. Spaghetti were ok though, and seadas too (not fresh, but still good). The place is nice, but they need a deep reorganization and, maybe, some more personnel and better trained. I 'm not coming back.
We visited the wonderful located Camping Sciopadroxiu within the dunes this year's September and went for dinner to the Restaurant nearly every evening. The prices are really family-friendly and the food was very excellent. Nearly every evening the menue card has changed and especially all fish-courses were very fresh, delicious and deserve the name ! The only small negative point to add is that the billing and ordering period sometimes was very long (due to lots of people and we did had problems getting our reservated panini in the morning. But therefore the outside area was wonderful in the evenings, sometimes a deer was right in front of the terrasse and you can see the sea and beach as well. I'll recommend the, at first sight, very exciting way to get to the restaurant /Camping ! We really had a good time there.

Camp sites generally serve burgers and chips don't they? We have been surprised and delighted by the quality of food served in the restaurant. We had four courses the first night, wonderfully fresh and tasty seafood and fish dishes. We opted for pizza the following evening, they were bigger than the plate but super thin crust served very hot, with plenty of topping. Tonight's meal was just as good, lovely friendly service, no rush, we had the table 7.30 until 10.00pm. Looking forward to our last meal there tomorrow before heading back to England.
