He went in the kitchen came back, charged a higher price... read more I wanted to buy gulab jamun, to go. My husband asked if they had nann with egg, the worker replied yes. He went in the kitchen came back, charged a higher price, for what I had asked, my husband was tired and decided not to lose his energy . The worker come back and asking if we had ordered Butter chicken. I told him no, he entertained the request just like that. after I have spoken that I did not buy this, the gulab jamun come without the accompanying ice cream. but he charged the full price.. they want to sell, if you told me you don't have what I want I'd go away. but that's the problem, sometimes they want to sell what they have, not what you want... i'm paying so more respect. I also work with gastronomy, i understand that.....

The staff seems to be half drunk or on something most of the time. When you bring up any issues, the staff is very rude. In fact, we witnessed a customer being slapped in front of us. It is not a place for people looking to avoid confrontation. This Is It was the worst experience I have ever had in Goa.

F... read more Been with couple of friends to This Is It, in Arambol. Must admit this place is awesome..that we ended up going there thrice in the 6 days we were in Arambol. First time we went there for breakfast. It is such a chilled out place, that we even saw a Russian walk in with a old monk bottle in his hand :-).We opted for a English breakfast, which was very well laid out. The water melon juice that was served with it was quite refreshing.This place is a must visit every time we are in Arambol or nearby area.
