Waffle House - Arabi

Waffle House Arabi has the worst customer service I 've ever seen! 20 minutes I sat there while the waiter and waitress 's laughed and joked but never took my order! When I got up to leave a lady who worked for them said nobody waited on you? I said no so I 'll take my business elsewhere. She looked like a manager or shift leader she said well learn to speak up I responded My parents raised me with manners, I made several gestures that I needed service all to no avail The cook was the only person working! When I was leaving she seamed like the only one that cared? I employ 20 people who are all trained to be nice and attend to the customer. This place needs a major overhaul! I don 't believe I 'll darken there doorway anytime soon!

The food was really good but we asked for food to wait til we leave to take home and she brought it when our food came also asked for our ticket she left never came back until management went and got it from her management there was very nice and welcoming

This Waffle House never answers the phone in order to place a order to pick up called again this am and the recording came on (as always) drove there and they didn't even have any customers in the store. So tell me again why you can answer the phone.

When we walked up, the only cook was heading across the street to rally's. He looked at us and continued on his way. We go inside and there's one employee sitting on his phone. He knew I was there, I even made some noise, coughing, saying excuse me, but he didn't even look up. So we left and I saw him through the window, looking at me in my car driving off. We went somewhere else.

Jerome was AWESOME! A very polite attentive young man! I'd DEFINITELY return!
