Unfortunately the 3rd time getting the order messed up and charged for food we didn't get as well. I know staffing shortage is tough, but a drive through with one car ahead of us shouldn't be. Paid for dinner my husband wouldn't eat because he didn't getthe right order
We have breakfast there every Tuesday at 7:30. We love the food but it is taking longer and longer to get it. We have seen several people walk out. An employee there tells us it is a management problem. Employees get very upset with each other andhave words.
The food was spectacular! It was my first time visiting, and I really enjoyed it. The staff were friendly, and the restaurant itself was very clean and well-kept.
I have a particular fondness for the staff here. Their attitude is much better than what I've experienced at other places. However, there was one interaction that was almost a bit abrasive. On the whole, the food is consistently good and served promptly, whether you’re using the drive-thru or dining in.
Jack's offers delicious hot food and has a friendly staff. The service is quite fast, and the prices are very competitive and budget-friendly. If you're in the mood for breakfast, it's best to arrive early, as there's often a line that wraps around the building. However, the wait is definitely worth it. We really enjoy our local Jack's!
