I can see that the employees are doing their best given the difficult conditions they’re working in. The drive-thru window has been broken for at least two weeks, and they remain understaffed. I used to visit this place four times a week, but now I go through a frustrating experience just to get my Sonic Ice fix. Please work on improving the situation!
