The waiters try for the most part, but they have a large area to cover and sometimes when it's busy, they get easily overwhelmed. The food wait is sometimes a little slow as well, but hey.. everything is made fresh to order, so if you can be patient and just know that sometimes you might have to wait a little longer than you'd prefer, you will be rewarded with a fabulous meal! I can't think of anything I've gotten there that has been disappointing. From burgers, to pasta, to steaks and even simple dishes like cobb or taco salads, they seem to try to go the extra mile on food presentation and taste. The portions are large and filling. There's no way you will leave hungry and most likely will need a carry-out box. That said, I still give it five stars because the food is excellent and the staff has always been pleasant.

To start, the salads and dressings are excellent options. On my first visit, I had the ribeye, and on the second visit, I tried the prime rib. While neither steak could be considered the best I've ever had, they were both surprisingly flavorful, though I did find the prime rib to be a bit salty for my liking. The baked potatoes were also quite good. Considering it's a new establishment, I believe they're headed in the right direction. Given the limited dining options in Arab, if they continue this way, they could become the top restaurant in town.

I ex... read more Absolutely terrible experience. We ordered the pork tip special, which had a list of ingredients, but when it arrived, it was completely covered in onions. I explained to the waitress that I can't eat onions and asked if there was something else I could have that didn't include them. She suggested mac and cheese, but then returned to say that it also contained onions. At that point, I chose not to eat anything while waiting for the rest of my group to finish their meals. I didn’t even take a bite of the food, and when it came time to pay, they charged us for the untouched onion dish! They refused to remove it from the bill. The staff showed a complete lack of concern for their customers and their satisfaction. Horrible service!

Food is awesome in every way! Huge portions, great bar, great service and atmosphere. Chicken Parmesan is one of mine and my husband's personal favorites. You best go when you are really hungry we can share it and still leave with a takeout box! Burgers, fries, steaks, onion rings, seafood... They have SO MANY CHOICES! Lunch specials too.

We went on Mother's Day, which was super busy when we arrived, but we had reservations at 130. We were finally seated around 215, and at330 we still didn't have our food. What made it worse was that so many smaller parties came, ate and left during our two hourstay. Our whole family has to leave and go to different places to eat because we were starving. The manager did not seemoverly concerned with the situation and the waitresses spent more time rolling silverware than waiting on us. It was a horribleexperience that my sister spent the whole day apologizing for because it was her idea to take our family there for Mother's Day.
