Initially, I was frustrated by the long wait at the drive-thru. However, once I reached the window, I understood that there was only one person working. The customer service was fantastic! It's clear that many people are reluctant to work these days. A big shoutout to the blonde at the window in the morning for her excellent service! If you have any complaints, consider the circumstances.

This location has the slowest drive-thru in town, and the food is rarely hot. If you're lucky, it might be somewhat warm by the time you receive it. If you're craving Burger King, I suggest avoiding this one. It's surprising they've managed to stay open with such poor service.

To begin with, the service at this restaurant is quite poor. When you have a trainee, particularly at the register, it’s essential to have a well-trained staff member or even a manager available to provide guidance.

I usually don’t write reviews, but I just left the restaurant after ordering a chicken fries meal, and I was disappointed. My fries were only half full, and there wasn’t even enough to satisfy me.
