What Marley Ondricka doesn't like about Burger King:
When they are on top of their game they are capable of serving some of the best burgers available in fast food. Good luck winning that lottery. I keep trying, and continue to be let down. Initially, I was frustrated by the long wait at the drive-thru. However, once I reached the window, I understood that there was only one person working. The customer service was fantastic! It's clear that many people are reluctant to work these days. A big shoutout to the blonde at the window in the morning for her excellent service! This location has the slowest drive-thru in town, and the food is rarely hot. If you're lucky, it might be somewhat warm by the time you receive it. If you're craving Burger King, I suggest avoiding this one. It's surprising they've managed to stay open with such poor service.
I found out that the person who threatened me today at the Burger King in Arab, Alabama, is part of the management team.
To begin with, the service at this restaurant is quite poor. When you have a trainee, particularly at the register, it’s essential to have a well-trained staff member or even a manager available to provide guidance.
I usually don’t write reviews, but I just left the restaurant after ordering a chicken fries meal, and I was disappointed. My fries were only half full, and there wasn’t even enough to satisfy me.
