It wasn't spicy, had very little sauce, and the chicken filled was mealy. Definitely do not recommend.

Staff were extremely unfriendly and rude. I didn’t realize the 2 for $6 deal had ended because I don’t go to Wendy’s very often so I had asked for that. However... read more Staff were extremely unfriendly and rude. I didn’t realize the 2 for $6 deal had ended because I don’t go to Wendy’s very often so I had asked for that. However, the employee immediately got really defensive and gave a lot of attitude like we’d asked her multiple times if she could do it anyway (which we didn’t). I then asked for a minute to look at the menu and was told to order whenever I was ready. However, we couldn’t get 2 words out before being told to wait again. There was no one in the restaurant and it seemed like she was just waiting for us to be ready so she could make us wait again. When we got to the window to pay and grab the food, we were then given the silent treatment by the two employees at the window. Finally, when we received our food there was a hair in it. All in all, this is one of the worst experiences I have had at a Wendy’s, where I usually consider the staff to be friendly and the food to be really good for the price.

Just... read more Slow as hell was here for over a hour just ordered 1 meal and they never handed me my card back just kept it in the card payment thing whatever it called . Just annoying. So I couldn’t even drive off if i wanted too . Wendys is awesome , just wanted to get quick food they have never disappointed before .

The drive-thru wait was a bit longer than usual since they were operating through just one window. The two employees I saw looked quite tired, which I understand from my own experience in retail and food service. The food was decent and served warm, but not hot. I also didn’t receive a receipt or any napkins. Unfortunately, it seems the recent negative reviews are accurate.

The employees who are there are overworked, which is impacting both the food quality and the service. Additionally, the drive-thru wait can take up to an hour.
