Tonight, I pi... read more I used to order delivery from this restaurant when I didn’t have a car, and the food was always hot and delicious—even when reheated the next day. Tonight, I picked up food for the first time, and despite the hectic rush just an hour before closing, the general manager, Trevor, was incredibly enthusiastic, kind, and working hard! The rest of the team was doing an amazing job too. This will definitely remain my go-to pizza place.

The only reason I didn’t give a full five stars is that I opted for curbside pickup and waited in my car on College for 10 minutes. Eventually, I had to go inside where I found my pizza was already ready—I could even see it from outside on their order screen. However, no one inside seemed to be making an effort to bring it out to me. I recommend avoiding curbside pickup, as I’ve experienced the same issue on two occasions. [Edit] There are no clear instructions about calling upon arrival, nor does it specify that curbside pickup is only valid in the three spots in front of the restaurant, which are not exclusively reserved for Toppers. It’s a bit of a gamble if you can snag one of those spots.

All of the employees were also not wearing hair nets nor complying with sanitation standards.
