I ordered a family pack, and the burgers tasted like they were thrown together without care and wrapped haphazardly. The fries were handed to me right after I paid, and it was clear they had been sitting out for a while; the top layer was dried out and crunchy, while the ones at the bottom were soggy. Tom's has always been my go-to fast food spot, but the Westhill location has lost my business.
