She claimed she couldn't hear m... read more While placing my order, I had to repeat myself for two different ingredients that I mentioned while she was adding the last one. She claimed she couldn't hear me, so I spoke a little louder—maybe just by a couple of decibels. Instead of addressing my request, she snapped at me, saying I didn't need to raise my voice and that if I was going to be rude, she would throw out my sandwich and suggest I go elsewhere. I willingly accepted that option. It's clear to me that I wasn't being quiet; she just lacked short-term memory. Rather than treating me rudely, she could have simply asked me to provide one ingredient at a time while also taking my drink order. Instead, I was forced to wait unnecessarily. She told me not to come back, and honestly, I didn't need to be told twice. I recommend you avoid this place as well.
