I ordered through the app and received the wrong items on my sub. They added dressing that I didn't ask for and didn't toast the sub either. It was a complete mess. Service: Takeout.

Austin at the front was nice and helped me with a coupon issue, I like this location because it's typically quiet, and I can get my food faster here, the dine in area could use some improvement, but nothing that couldn't be taken care of in a moments notice Service: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
Sooo... had a couple min to run out and pick up lunch today. Place my order online and pick it up. Get back to the office, and this is what I get... sure doesn't look like chicken. (See photo sandwich with receipt) Wth!? Like.... not even close. I don't have time to run back over there either. So this sucks. Just want to say your staff is the best as I'm a doordasher. They always willing to help during early morning-lunch. Always have food ready to go unlike a couple other food spots makes me wait for whole order. Thank you for helping me get 2 orders out fast today I got one thank you as it was a hand off. I thank you for that as you were part of them getting it nice fast
I miss the $5 footlongs! However, the service was excellent and I highly recommend this place.

I arrived at 8:05am. The store is supposed to open at 8:00am. I stood outside the door anticipating the two workers inside would open the door soon. Both employees witnessed me standing there waiting. They did not let me in but continued preparing for the day. This is ironic because I’ve been to this same store in the evening and they were completely out of ingredients for multiple sandwiches. The cherry on top is paying $10 for it sandwich I didn’t want then seeing a tip jar or prompt for this type of service.
I ordered 2 online orders and went to go pick it up at store 22158. When I went in to pick it up, the man working was Very rude. He said, Next time you need to put it on one order! That took a lot of time and was inconvenient. I couldn 't believe what I was hearing. I will not be going to that location again.

I arrived at 8:05 AM, expecting the store to be open since it was supposed to start serving customers at 8:00 AM. I stood outside the door, hoping the two employees inside would let me in soon. They both saw me waiting but chose to continue preparing for the day instead of opening the door. It's quite ironic because I've visited this same store in the evening and found them completely out of ingredients for several sandwiches. To top it all off, I paid $10 for a sandwich that I didn't even want, and then I noticed a tip jar or prompt asking for tips after such service.
Update: 24hrs after the fact. Money was refunded after I had to track down the manager. But I got my full refund back and that?s what matters. Manager at the Walmart location on kk was very polite and understanding. Also the employee kaylee (I believe her name was) at the center kk mall was very polite and professional despite not having a manager on the premises. Those 2 people are the reason I change my review from one star to four Used the app. Said the order couldn?t be completed, then I look in my bank account, what ya know, I?ve been charged for 3 foot long subs.Got charged on the app for my food. App doesn?t even say I was charged. Never received any notifications or emails for it. I?m highly disappointed, almost $40 spent and nothing to show for it. Thanks for letting me down once again subway. If there?s one thing your company?s good at doing, it?s being a disappointment, not making sandwiches. But at least your company?s consistent in that manner huh.
Ordered through the subway app for pickup. Our order was a mess! I did NOT request half the things they put on my sub. My brother's order had way too much sauce and overkill on tomatoes. My SIL ordered a grilled chicken wrap and apparently they werecompletely out of wraps so she got wheat bread instead. She does not like seafood but her sandwich tasted like Tuna. They didnot fill any of our drinks and shorten us a cup. They also did not give us all the chips for our meals. This place has nocustomer service, literally doesn't even get greet people.

The subs where super cold. over crammed with toppings and my chicken teriyaki was no good at all
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant, but I discovered a whole black olive on my sandwich, despite not ordering any.
I went to Subway and, as always, it was enjoyable. I just wish the bread could be fresher.
I chose the Toasted option at Subway, but my sub wasn't toasted! This is the second time this has happened!
