The staff at Subway are always attentive and offer excellent recommendations. However, I deducted a star due to the limited availability of extra sauce with dishes such as the Teriyaki and the new Sesame Ginger Chicken. This is an area that could definitely be improved. I received a sandwich that looked like it had been poorly handled. When I opened it, the bread was torn in multiple spots, causing the entire sandwich to fall out of the wrapper, with the sauce mostly smeared on the wrapper instead of the sandwich. Asked for a spicy Italian, was charged for a hotshot Italiano, the pizza sub had only a small amount of marinara on one side and wasn't toasted which was requested. Very disappointed considering there wasn't anyone behind us in line.
Three teenage boys were running the store, and there was no manager in sight. I was the only customer in the drive-thru, yet it took them over 10 minutes to prepare my two subs. During my wait, the three of them took turns coming to the window, repeatedly asking me the same question and laughing about it. I was already doubtful about this restaurant, but now I’m certain I won’t be coming back.
A staff member named Ann walked by several other customers without saying a word, but when she reached my table, she told me and three others not to make a mess. We hadn’t even ordered any food and had nothing to create a mess with—just a small bag of candy. Coincidentally, the people at my table and I are people of color. We find this behavior to be discriminatory and unacceptable.
Very nice lady working there during lunch. She can warm one hell of a bacon strip for my tuna on white.

Today while getting my dinner which was at 5pm when I went. There was 3 girls with really long hair walking past while my sandwich was being made. One hers was so long it touched some bread when she would bend over, the other 2 came to look at the bread count and one was physically doing her hair into a braid all around the open containers of food. It?s just unsanitary and gross... long hair needs to be in buns or with hairnets...
You truly master the art of making a tasty tuna sandwich. The portions are generous, and they use plenty of fresh ingredients. Great job!

The best subs we have had in a long time as a family!! All three of us loved our subs!! The older and wiser young lady who made our subs was so unbelievably awesome ! She walked us through our whole order while she made it to make sure we were happy !
Ordered a melt and my sandwich wasn't as ordered. The sauce was drawing my sandwich as you'd pick it up it was dripping allover the place. When I opened the bag that I thought was a melt the corner was burnt. Took pictures lucky can't post o here. Justterrible quality!!
I ordered a spicy Italian on Italian herbs and cheese. The tomatoes were rock hard and there was a long curly dark hair baked into the bread. Gross
My sandwhich looked like someone couldnt have cared less. The bread was ripped in 5 different places i opened it and everything was smashed pouring out into the rapper with sauce loaded on the wrapper and barely on my sub. Absolutely ridiculious. I justwent through the drive through and got home and took a photo as well. I NEVER write negative reviews but this was clear cutsomeone who didnt care at all and may have even thrown my sub against a wall for all i know because of how destroyed it was.
