Surprisingly, it's not usually very busy here, which is why I enjoy visiting even when the Culvers line is wrapped around the block! The only thing I wish is that they would bring back the rotisserie chicken!

They... read more The online menu was not updated properly, resulting in two items being unavailable. The only reason I'm not giving a lower rating is because of the staff. They communicated the issue clearly and worked to resolve it efficiently. They were understanding and flexible.
