However, there were a few things that could be improved. They were out of bread and meat for the ruban I ordered, and they were also out of onion rings my friend tried to order. It would have been nice if they had informed us of this earlier, as it showed some disorganization. They also need a POS system instead of writing orders on a normal ticket book and giving post-it notes for the bill. Despite these issues, Study Hall is a nice bar and grill in an area with few upscale options. Gayle clearly puts a lot of effort into making the restaurant successful. The prices are a bit higher, with our bills being over $20 each, but overall it is a nice spot. My friend raved about the fish tacos, saying they were the best he had ever had.
"The burgers are fantastic, they have a good variety of beers to choose from, and the atmosphere is laid back and welcoming. The owners are always present and hard at work."
This is the ideal spot for grabbing a drink and meeting someone special. It's the perfect place to call up that person you've been chatting with online and arrange a date.
The heat was blazing in the bar. Not kidding it was like a sauna. The bartender had on a winter jacket and knit hat. The heat was unbearable. We sat outside at 1pm it was 50 degrees and sunny outside, so nice enough but ridiculous that you could not even bear to be in the bar long enough to order a drink! Bartender and patrons were welcoming and nice!
