Actually got myself banned from this location because I messed up and 100% deserved it! Otherwise it’s a great place with the nicest group of baristas I’ve ever encountered in the country, especially Raquel! I’ve never seen someone go out of their way so much to make other people feel so special as much as she does! An incredible human and a highly recommended location View all feedback.
What R doesn't like about Starbucks Coffee:
CAUTION before you order ahead of time. Shortly after they opened, I ordered ahead on the Starbucks app. After arriving at the store, the store was completely dark and there was no vehicles in the parking lot. This is NOT the first time that this store has opened at 5 A.M and there is no one there. This has happened at least a half of dozen times to me. I would not recommend this Starbucks store whatsoever. View all feedback.
This restaurant is incredibly slow. Make sure you have plenty of time to spare while you wait. With one drive-thru lane, three customers in line, a few online orders, and seven employees—four of whom are just standing around—it’s not good at all.
The staff here is consistently cheerful and friendly! Keep up the fantastic work, everyone!
This Starbucks never lets me down. I usually prefer to support small businesses for my coffee, but when I want a quick stop without going out of my way, this is the place I choose. My drink is consistently made to perfection, and the baristas are always eager to help when I want to switch things up and try something new! Despite being one of the busiest locations in the area, the service is quick and friendly. When the weather is warm, I love ordering a Strawberry Acai Refresher with lemonade and extra strawberries. If I'm in the mood for coffee but unsure of what to get, I go for an iced Chai tea latte with oat milk, add a blonde shot to make it a "dirty" chai, three packets of honey, and one pump of vanilla.

I Like to go to northland there nice people there overall treat you the best .....fox valley in that place
