Jose an employee at this location really was awsome, they walked me thru the ordering and the phone app, great smile eagerly helping everyone i was in line with. This was my second time ever comming, i will be back for sure, please give my gratitude to jose, they really made me feel welcome. 5 stars,, the food is awsome
Food was okay, burrito was poorly put together after 2 bites came apart all the ingredients came out of my shell. Also I asked for cilantro got this stalk(see photo below) we love the franchise our location in Oshkosh but we're disappointed w/ this visit to this location.
Always a good meal. The food fills you up, and is clean eating. Fast friendly service.
Great food, great deals. Great flavor combinations. Had chicken burrito bowl. I did have some gristle in the chicken which is the reason for 4star food quality. App could use updating. No option to request options. Did notice the cup covers are made oflighter plastic and didn't work well putting cover on drink. I tried 4 times before I finally was able to put the cover onwithout destroying the cover. Not a cost savings for Qdoba. Also risk of spills for customer.
I am a huge fan of Qdoba to start off. This location however had clearly bad management due to one Hispanic middle aged man. My partner believes that he may be sexist with proportions because he noticed that he gives males significantly more food. Thisparticular employee tried to charge me extra for a side of lettuce and I have been to qdobas everywhere from lake Geneva toAppleton and have NEVER been commented on my extra lettuce I ALWAYS get. He also asked me to repeat genuinely everything I saidwhen I was clearly being loud and well spoken. Overall I had a bad customer experience and I don?t think I will let him serve meif I ever go again.
