Delivery was a failure again. Doesn’t own a gps to actually get to your house. Driver calls and says have a good night and hung up on us. I actually drove to the store and beat the driver back to the store. Had to have them remake it.
I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant. An employee was very rude when taking my order; after he couldn't find it, he just said “not here” and walked away. I had called and placed my order over 40 minutes ago, and they hadn’t even started on it. Meanwhile, I noticed several employees just standing around chatting while customers waited to place their orders. I definitely won't be coming back here again.
I was horribly disappointed with my recent order, ordered meat lovers with banana peppers and mushrooms which was an additional 4 dollars, mushrooms and banana peppers were next to nothing for that extra cost, I even gave a 21% tip too for pick up not even delivery. I think I'll stick to any other pizza company, Pizza Hut has lost my business. The lady who gave me my order was nice but if I'm paying for extra ingredients I have to be able to see them.
The male delivery driver not friendly at all and very rude! I called to ask for him not to come to my house again also explained why I felt that way and the lady just laughs!
Best pizza in the valley! Friendly workers, striving to make this delicious experience as amazing as possible. Fast delivery; food is almost too hot to eat when it gets here.
