I understan... read more My family and I no longer feel welcomed at this location. The staff was not very polite and seemed quite frustrated when we asked to modify a pizza. I understand that many Pizza Hut locations are operating with a limited staff, which is why we choose to visit during slower times. We often stop at Pizza Huts throughout the Midwest, and it seems that the work environment is having a significant impact on the employees. This, in turn, affects their performance and the level of customer service we receive. Pizza Hut is in need of assistance.
