PoohSaan is now 'Pho House, ' complete with a nice new sign outside. Easier name and professional looking signage should be good for business. Still the same friendly folks, excellent pho and delicious iced coffee. Go there you won 't be disappointed! View all feedback.
What B L doesn't like about Pho House:
I didn't like this place. First off, today was extremely hot and humid. When we got to the place, there was barely any ac on. The waiter was fast with the drink and order taking, but we waited forever for our food. When we got our food, it was not good. I could've made that fried rice at home and it would've tasted better. I had to force myself to eat it. The pho wasn't good either. The only reason I came here was b... View all feedback.
My husband and I both ordered the beef pho. They were extremely stingy on the meat. There was 3 to 4 small pieces of beef and a half a meatball sliced up. Broth was good. I ordered to go and they don’t start making your food until you show up. The chef/only person working told me it would take 20 minutes to put our meals together he then changed his answer to 15. The only thing that needs to be cooked is the noodles. It was done in about 7 minutes. He admitted they will not do to go orders until the person shows up to pick it up. I was lucky there was only one other patron there. He explained that he won’t start pick up orders until the person shows up because of Pat people not showing up. I understand that but what would have happened if the place was full of customers? My 45 minute earlier to go order that I was told would take 20-25 minutes to make would have been ridiculous.

My husband and I came in with low expectations based off of previous reviews. I'm so happy we still decided to try Pho House because it was the best food I've had at a pho joint. The broth was so good I almost ate and drank everything that came with it, aside from taking out the tripe. We were served the food right away at around 2pm on Sunday. There were two other couples, so it wasn't busy, but it's a small restaurant. Eggrolls and spring rolls were delicious, especially the spring rolls since they had cucumber, shrimp, and meatloaf in them. Papaya was bomb! Def will come again when I'm back in town
Friendly staff. When me and my wife are very there was only one person eating, however, since it was 3pm on a Thursday we attributed that to the few customers. There was only one person working assuming due to the time. The decor threw us off a little, but the service was good and so was the food. We had beef and chicken pho, and pad Thai. The pad Thai came with eggs in it. That is the only thing my wife did not like. Overall 4.5/5

Staff were very friendly and attentive. Dining area is not fancy, but is kept neat and clean. In all, a good place to go.
