However, my partner and I work later into the evenings and we can NEVER reach anyone on the phone to place an order. We've tried using the site to place our orders but they are never exactly as we wish them to be. It's just an inconvenience, and it shouldn't be that difficult to reach the restaurant via phone. (20 minutes trying to reach by phone)

Restaurant only had thre... read more Was shocked to learn that our bill had a supply chain tax added to it. Food was OK. Size of meal decreased. Staff wasn't that friendly. Restaurant only had three other couples in it. Will not go back. Hadn't been at this Perkins for four years, due to lack of cleanliness and and staff. Restaurant was filled and only one overworked waitress

Unfortunately, my meal arrived cold, and the waitress didn’t return to check on us or offer drink refills. Both the food and service were disappointing. If the staff were more attentive and focused, this could be a wonderful spot. I won’t be coming back, as the experience left a negative impression.

I don?t blame the staff as it seemed like they were pleasant and trying theirbest but very understaffed which isn?t their fault. They are advertising a need for cooks so I?m guessing this was a staffingissue. Because we visit and aren?t local I?m hesitant now to try it again and am a bit bummed by that.
