My family and I had dinner here tonight, and it was fantastic! The food was excellent, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff were friendly. The soups were incredible, and the sandwiches were equally delicious! I definitely plan to come back more often. The bread was incredibly fresh. I was too full to try any baked goods, but I know they’re available... hmmmm!
I would never criticize the staff as they are doing a fantastic job. I hope management takes note of all the reviews regarding the long wait times and makes some changes. An hour wait for a sandwich simply makes this Panera an unsuitable choice for lunch. Regrettably, I won't be returning. This sentiment seemed to resonate with the approximately 40 people who were waiting as well.
Kudos to Isaiah, the manager! I mentioned to him last week that they were out of a tea I always order, and it was available within a week. Today, he recognized me in the store and told me, “I got your tea in for you.” That level of customer awareness and personal interaction is commendable! In the past, this store hasn’t always had items in stock or ready at the coffee kiosk, but Isaiah, who is relatively new, seems to be making a noticeable difference!
I went In for a quick lunch pick-up. My order took over 45 minutes. I had a small order of 2 sandwiches and a salad. I will problem not returning for lunch. In addition to a long wait in the restaurant, the drive-thru was closed.
This particular location is really subpar. They are often out of staple ingredients like avocado. The kitchen staff often seems confused by incoming orders, which creates long wait times. The drive-thru is often closed. I was so excited to have Panera on this side of town, but I've started driving back over to the other location instead just to avoid being frustrated at this one.
A neighborhood spot praised for hearty soups, fresh bread, mac'n'cheese and tasty sandwiches served in a bright, warm dining room. Staff and management can be personable and attentive, earning loyal customers, but experiences vary: slow service, long waits, occasional missing ingredients or silverware, and inconsistent cleanliness or drive‑thru reliability detract from otherwise satisfying meals. Great for casual family dinners and repeat visits if you can tolerate potential lunch rush delays.

Unattended. Dine in was a poor experience tonight. Nobody was available to ask questions when we needed help with a gift card not working, a menu/allergy question. After far more work than it was worth we got an order done and hoped that the alright information somehow was seen by the food prep people. The food was fine properly, although the chicken noodle soup was almost lukewarm and not tasteful. I would have taken it back and asked to have something else but nobody seemed to be working there. Then during our meal the overhead music suddenly became very very loud, then soft and it happened again thirty seconds later, as if some child were playing with the volume on their parents stereo. All in all disappointing and sad to see that this store has zero customer service and seems determined to chase their remaining customers out the door.
So I stop here every once in awhile hoping it will be better. And every time, this place is filthy. Literally no clean tables, and it wasn't even busy, food in every crevice, gross. Food though was quick and tasty
It’s 50/50 if your order is right. That’s about the only consistent thing about this location. When the order is right the food is delightful.I don’t know if the problem is the employees just don’t care or they are lazy. Possibly a combo of both. A lot of very rude employee encounters also.Given all that I keep coming back though. Is it like a bad marriage? Possible. They do have great food even when it’s completely wrong. I’ve only had to drive back and return it twice in the last three years.
I had gone through the drive-thru today and i’m not happy with the service I was given! As soon as I got to the speaker the lady that was talking to me was very rude.. I understand that bad days happen but she should NOT be taking it out on hungry customers. I believe her name is Nevaeh. She was the only one in the drive-thru area and she had the same deep-ish voice. She didn’t great me when I went to the window which I thought was rude. She put my drink right in front of my face as well.
