McDonald's is having a time with getting people to work there but most of them are nice in the windows and it's a mix of young and medium and older people and t... read more McDonald's is having a time with getting people to work there but most of them are nice in the windows and it's a mix of young and medium and older people and that looks like it's a good mix cuz they're always in a good mood and they're a little slowsometimes right now so you shouldn't be upset about that it's just the turnaround of so many people and they're learning how todo things faster than they probably usually do and what they're doing a good job

I asked if I could redeem poi... read more This location really struggles to accept that their employees may not be trained correctly, nor are they accountable for mistakes. I asked if I could redeem points and also use a coupon, the girl at the drive through said I can do it in two separateorders. Great! That's how I ordered, however at the first window I was told that was incorrect. Ok that's fine, I let themanager (Tori?? Know that she should coach her drive through staff. She got aggressive and defensive and asked why she shouldcoach them when they processed the order correctly. I kindly let her know they quoted the total price wrong and I didn't want myfree reward of a large fry if I had to pay for it. She was very rude and didn't understand that this could be a teaching momentfor her staff. I hope they get better teachers who understand mistakes happen and they should be used as teaching moments andnot to get aggressive.
