First t... read more Went there on a Friday afternoon. We were greeted and received service immediately. The server took are drink order and asked if we were ready to order. First time there, needed time and server came back to get order. I hs 1/2 perch 1/2 haddock. Fish was delicious. Loved the slaw, tartar and rye bread. Had a baked potato and sent back because it was brown/sitting around too long. Server brought another one and a little better. Tried to explain but....... Couple sat next to us and said she is encountered same issue there. Maybe next time I will choose a different potato. Definitely will be back because fish was excellent

You get a good portion of food no matter what you order. The staff are fun and take good care of you. They have a good selection of beers and drinks. The atmosphere is interesting, rustic. If you order the burger, get it with a toasty bun. I feel this is one of the best burgers in the state!!

Additionally, the fact that the restaurant does not accept credit cards was inconvenient. I will not be returning.

The bar is always bustling with customers, and for good reason - the food is excellent, the drinks are even better, and the staff is top-notch. We adore this place and whether we visit every week or miss a month, they never fail to greet us warmly. Give them a try and you won't be let down!
