Was Mindy Voet at Island Sushi a mag?
The food was enjoyable, and I have no complaints in that regard. However, the restaurant was quite chaotic, with mix-ups on orders and a lot of people hustling around. Despite the numerous issues, the staff managed to handle the situation fairly well. I'm still willing to return and give it another try. View all feedback.

I used to be a fan of Island Sushi and have enjoyed dining in and ordering for delivery multiple times, but I won't be returning. On Mother's Day, I ordered two rolls for delivery via DoorDash, and they were terrible! The rolls were falling apart, were impossible to pick up with chopsticks, and didn’t taste right at all. In desperate need of repairs. Mediocre sushi, at best. But the bug infestation they have is an absolute deal breaker. There are way cleaner/better sushi restaurants in Appleton and Green Bay to spend your money at.
A good time out with good food fun way to serve things up!
I did the all you can eat, but I wasn't impressed with the appetizers nor the desserts.. The crab rangoon and egg rolls were cold.. Otherwise, the sushi rolls were fantastic.. I'm not sure that's worth $34.. On top of this, I tried to use their ATM to withdrawl money, but I was unable to, because there was a connection error with it, yet it still charged me a fee for even using the damn thing!! NEVER AGAIN!! I'll stick with the DePere location, that's closer to me and much cheaper!!
We love to get takeout sushi from Island. By far the best sushi in the area. Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian rolls Dietary restrictions: Gluten free, dairy free, and all the other free options. Kid-friendliness: My kids (2 and 5) love the sushi and edamame.
