I have to admit that I am a pizza fanatic I have spent over a year trying to perfect my dough recipe, I have multiple pizza ovens and I am spending days in Ital... read more I have to admit that I am a pizza fanatic I have spent over a year trying to perfect my dough recipe, I have multiple pizza ovens and I am spending days in Italy this year just to hit up top pizza places, and this place is legit! This may be the best pizza in NE Wisconsin. My wife and I tried a few different pizzas off their ever changing menu, and each was absolutely delicious. I was extremely impressed with their crust a pizza is the crust, and you can taste the effort and time spent on theirs. It's a nice bite with statisfying chew, and you can really taste the long, cold ferment. The toppings are local(ish), and paired really well together. Everything from the pepperoni, to the sausage, to the simple but lovely sauce makes a very well balanced pie. The place itself is small, but homey and the staff are very friendly. It was very nice being able to chat pizza making with the owner. If I didn't live 45 minutes away I would be here weekly. Do yourself a favor and stop in!

I would definitely have the vegan pizza again, and the cheese pizza was my wife's favorite. Soda choices are unique and flavorful. Atmosphere was laid back, easy going and the staff was friendly. We'll be back!

I hope this restaurant stays this wholesome. The local healthy ingredients will keep my friends and I coming back for years to come. Note to the owner: I'm not sure if it's feasible, but compostable pizza boxes would be a really cool thing to see someday!

As a coastal (East and West) I can confidently assert that Harmony shows that the Midwest can more than hold its own in the pizza business.
