The staff Is the sole reason I will always go back to this bar !! They are incredible
Great bar with the exception of ONE, incredibly rude bartender, who seems to think that she is above everyone. I ordered a drink 3 times and she ignored me until the 4th time when she proceeded to poor the WRONG DRINK and then she made a scene in the entire bar yelling about how I didn 't order what I actually ordered. She acted like a complete jerk and quite honestly, I have never seen such immaturity and unprofessionalism from a server...EVER! even in a little bar like Grumpys.
I am a regular at this bar but there is a new bartender who is extremely rude to customers of her choosing. I've seen this happen with many other regulars too. Of service like this continues this business will not succeed. This is the only bar I ever go to and normally I love it but I will now be looking to go somewhere else.
Grumpy's is the kind of place where you can visit every day and experience whatever mood you want at any time. It's like being part of a lively scene where you can't quite tell if you're bound for heaven or hell. The diverse array of characters that pass through makes every moment exciting and entertaining! And it's all made possible by their amazing crew!
Bartender is racist against white people (her own skin color i might ad) very rude, bitchy attitude, thinks she is better than you or anyone you know... But on the plus side The Owner is described in 1 word... Awesome super guy
