This place is quite different from other fast food restaurants. Whenever I visit, I usually order the patty melt with fries. I've never had a patty melt that was so delicious and served hot. It practically melts in your mouth, and the seasoning they use is amazing. Next on my list is to try their custard options.

This restaurant has been operating for several years in Appleton, WI, and it appears they still haven't gotten everything sorted out. There were cars parked everywhere while people waited for their food, orders were frequently incorrect, and employees even approached our car to ask what we were waiting for. We waited 35 minutes just to receive one sundae and a malt. I won't be returning; if you're looking for similar food and custard, just go to Culver's to save yourself some time.

The restaurant was dirty and unkempt. There were no clean tables, and the overall atmosphere felt dusty and grimy. It’s surprising that a place this new would look so poorly maintained.
