Joey is AMAZING!! The College location in Appleton WI is the BEST SERVICE! Which is refreshing in this current time! It is always very clean, food is extremely fresh and Joey is a truly deserving of a pay increase with his positive attitude and outstanding customer service!!! Thank you for the best dinner this afternoon!!
The subs and sides at this restaurant are excellent. The service is consistently friendly and fast. Joey and the staff are very hospitable and willing to assist. The establishment is always well-maintained and tidy. The bathrooms are also clean and not intimidating to use.
I had really exemplary service here. The gentleman who helped me came out to tell me how I could save money on the type of sandwich I normally order. All the staff were very pleasant and the food was great.
Placed an order 20 minutes before close at this location by accident instead of a closer one. I had to arrive ten minutes late because of this and I called to let them know my mistake. I spoke with Joey who didn't judge me at all, he was so unbelievablykind and understanding and I can't thank him and the other workers that had to stay because of me enough. I guarantee I will goto this location again just because of this interaction!
Joey has amazing costumer service, the food is made correctly, he made sure our order was what we wanted and the toppings were all correct. Very good worker I can tell he cares and has experience. Not my decision but that guy deserves a raise ????
