We went when during a slow time. Food is good, service that day was good. Was had the big pot. it's not bad. Shrimp and snow crab were delicious, but the crayfishes taste different than i had other places. The pho was ok, mediocre again they are known for their seafood. View all feedback.
What Krista Deleon doesn't like about Big Pot Grill:
I have to say I’m disappointed. It’s definitely not for a large family to dine at. We have family of 7 and so decided for a birthday to go try it. Ordered a big pot for $125 and another for $75. Nobody got even close to full so ordered fried rice and pad Thai for everyone. Did get shrimps free for birthday. But after seeing our bill of almost $60 in tip gratuity and grand total clise to &400 was very disappointed, me... View all feedback.
My family and I love the seafood broil here!! It is absolutely, finger licking, sauce finishing delicious!!! I love their Thai chili flavor. It is so mouth watering good!! I’ve come here many times from Green Bay and have enjoyed it every time!! Servers are absolutely friendly and amazing as well. This place is pricey but definitely worth it for the amazing food! Their fried rice is good too!
I really enjoyed dining here! I’m a huge fan of spicy food and seafood. But mixing it together?? You had me
The food was amazing! I love the Hmong sausage in the spring roll and the spice and taste of the food was perfect. Would definitely come again with some friends.
We loved our trip here. Normally when my parents come to town we go for sushi, but our favorite place is closed on Sundays so I finally got to try Big Pot Grill. I do not regret it at all. Combined between the four of us, we had the meatball appetizer, a seafood boil (with headless shrimp, crab legs, sausage and potatoes) split between two people, Hmong sausage and chicken fried rice. Everything was absolutely amazing and with the appetizer the boil could have been shared by three instead of two with how much we took home. For the boil, we decided on the Thai chili flavor and kept it at its lowest heat level of mild. It was perfect, although next time I want to try either the garlic or mixing the garlic and the Thai chili. The shrimp were HUGE (although it 's by the pound so the size of the shrimp may vary depending on availability) and the crab legs were perfect and easy to get nice big chunks of meat out of the legs. Make sure you grab the gloves from your supply container because you 'll need them to really get into the boil! Overall, I highly recommend. Our server was also very helpful, explaining the various meats and ingredients in the dishes and even letting us know where we could get the sausages locally to enjoy at home. UPDATE! For a while we were doing take-out before the ownership changed hands, but today (Jan '22) we dined in... Just as delicious as last time, except even faster! Perfect time to go is between lunch and dinner--no wait for a table and food out in record time! This time I brought the in-laws and they loved it. Three of us got a boil (headless shrimp, potatoes, corn and sausage) and it was hot and delicious!! I also really like that they now have a burger on the menu so if my husband isn 't in the mood for fried rice he 's got another option that fits his tastes.
