Was Amber at Big Apple Bagels a mag?
Ordered a breakfast sandwich (sausage, egg, cheese) on jalapeño bagel and it was outstanding!!! Everything made fresh to order. Everyone super friendly. Clean restaurant. Bagels are thick and soft and chewy just how bagels should be. Undoubtedly a 10/10 experience and I will absolutely be returning! I highly recommend this place. View all feedback.

I ordered the Southern Tradition on a bacon cheddar bagel, and I was impressed by how polite and cheerful the staff were! My daughter chose a small chocolate muffin, and it looked absolutely delicious. It must have tasted just as good, because I didn’t even manage to snap a photo! I will definitely come back again.
We really enjoy visiting this restaurant, but there is one employee who arrives looking unkempt and unprofessional. Unlike the others, she doesn't wear a BAB shirt; instead, she wears a dirty sweatshirt and a beanie pulled down over her head. It’s concerning to have someone like that near food preparation.
Very cute little place with great breakfast and great coffee! The Cinnamon Crumb Muffin was everything I wanted it to be. I had an Oreo bagel and was slightly disappointed in the lack of sweetness but it was still delicious. The amazing cream cheese masked the flavor of the Oreo. My husband got the Southern Tradition and onion bagel and enjoyed both!

Overall experience was pleasant. I also agree with many of the other reviews that the quality of the bagels are great, however they do lack in the flavor department. I personally prefer the other bagel shop, Bagelicious because of the flavor onthe bagel. The smoothie was drinkable but I prefer tropical smoothie. The shop is clean and nice and staff was friendly. Iwill be back, but I might try a different bagel and hope for more flavor.
