Was Amanda Long at Big Apple Bagels a mag?
The food was absolutely delicious! We ordered the cheesecake muffins and the Southern Tradition bagels, and they were probably the best bagels we've ever tasted. I had the everything bagel, while my husband tried the jalapeño bagel. He mentioned that his bagel wasn’t spicy but had a fantastic flavor. We will definitely be returning! View all feedback.

The customer service here is rude and lackluster, the food is mediocre, the coffee is terrible, and the business practices come off as greedy. I would definitely recommend passing on this local spot. There are plenty of other places nearby where you can get a bagel and coffee without spending ten dollars. The signage for the convenience fee is so small you’d need reading glasses to read it. Probably a good idea to check your food before you leave. We received an incorrect bagel this morning.
The young lady working was very helpful but the older lady that came out from the back is very miserable to deal with. I placed an online order the day prior for a dozen bagels for pick up for the following morning. The younger lady apologized for not having the order ready when I arrived and started to fill the order. The older lady came out from the back saying the order ticket printed off that morning and that I can’t pick it up until the following day. I explained that my receipt said the order would be ready for pick up Saturday morning and she told me “oh well the ticket printed this morning and it won’t be ready until tomorrow”. The younger lady working apologized again for inconvenience and for her coworkers attitude.
