This store had gone in the dump! I was told to wait by the kid on the speaker. Waitting 7 mins for him to tell me they are no longer taking orders after making me wait 7 mins with my window down when it's raining. Very poor service. A monkey could do better! View all feedback.
The service was quick, but there was a mix-up with our order. It wasn't a major issue, though; I went inside, and they promptly fixed it within minutes and offered a sincere apology. We all make mistakes. I will certainly continue to dine here.

I was transporting a bus full of hungry wrestlers home and called to check if Libby was still open. It was already 7:45 PM, and the restaurant was scheduled to close at 7, but they graciously offered to let us in and open up just for them. We are incredibly grateful for the staff's willingness to stay late and serve our group! Thank you so much!
I took a bus from Wrestler home who was hungry and called to see if Libby was still open. She closed at 7 and was now 745, but they said to bring them in and we'll open them for them. So much appreciated and we appreciate the staff who stay too late to feed them!!!
The lobby was closed due to a shortage of staff, but they allowed me to bring my 3-year-old and enjoy our meal. A big thank you to the wonderful employees who treated us so kindly and went the extra mile during a difficult time.
