We ordered two root beer floats, but they were skimpy on the ice cream and only had a small clump at the bottom of the glass. It didn't justify the price we paid. However, their root beer was still delicious, which was a plus.

Other items I've ordered have also been mes... read more This restaurant needs to improve its training. Despite ordering a burger without tomato, I received one with tomato. Other items I've ordered have also been messed up or forgotten. During my last visit to the drive-thru, the employee held out the card reader in a way that made it difficult for me to scan my card. I asked her to adjust it, but she insisted that the cord was as long as it could go. It would be helpful if she was trained to rotate the card machine so customers can easily insert their card. Additionally, please ensure that orders are made correctly, especially when a customer specifies they have allergies. I am considering finding a different A&W location with better management and training for their staff.

Yet somehow they entirely forgot an order of chili cheese fries and there was 1 piece of fish on my fish sandwich that didn’t cover even half the bun. I believe the owners need to seriously reconsider this location if they want to stay in business. The kitchen is tiny and everyone is right on top of each other, they don’t seem to have the space or equipment to work efficiently, and to be honest, it looks filthy. Eating inside is barely an option because of the small cramped space. Not sure why small towns have a full restaurant area, with seating for over 25, and a full kitchen, but this busy Appleton restaurant has seating for about 15 and no work space.
