Applebee's Grill - Apple Valley

I tried to dine last night in the applebee restaurant in apple valley, but I was not successful. when I entered, it was obviously a change in the layer, because it took an extra long time before any of the weight forces even seemed to take an order, and I also had to ask with their “irresisyabowls” for the special menu. after an unusually long wait without eating I noticed that several tables of customers in this area that came after serving and we eat happy. I finally got the attention of the manager and informed her about my problem, and she said she would look into her and disappeared in the back. When I noticed that I had been there without food for over an hour, I went away. there was no excuse from the personal, as I went out and no explanation. that is the worst service I had in my long memory of eating in restaurants.

I picked up a door bag here. very clean, personal was friendly, eating raw fresh. the whole restaurant smells amazing. would come back sometime.

Not a good experience at all, server was either new, or had the didn't care attitude, ir maybe it was the kitchen staff. Other customer received there meals before we did, then we got them mine was hot, my wife's was cold, then was asked if I wanted another drink but by the time i got it was already done with my meal, and had no intentions of downing a $9 drink. Manager was great and comp'd my wife's meal and my drink, which we appreciate, hoping whatever happened will be cleared up before others have a poor experience there.

No truth in the advertising. around 11:45 clock advised to take place and was told that the kitchen is closed, drinks only until 1 clock. posters are clearly not the case.

I personally approach most sitting than as good as they do, which means if they are ready to adapt their plate, they will have a good experience in the rule. So how about cleanliness and personal adjustment? cleanliness would be average rate. personal I would be considered excellent, everyone who worked eating knows how hard work looks, and they work hard. the personal seems as if the problem that these companies lowers, more than anything else, not enough hands to do the whole work.
