Flavio's - Apollo

Absolutely delightful! From the freshly baked bread to the incredible lobster bisque appetizer, everything was fantastic—the fresh salad and vegetables were also a treat! And the main course? Wow! I highly recommend this place!

I would truly love to review Flavio's. The problem is, I want to bring family and friends and they won't take a reservation for 8 or 10 people. The excuse I've been given is that they don't have enough help. Maybe take two less reservations for 4. It was always one of my favorite restaurants in the Valley. I'll continue to try to get a reservation for 8-10 people and maybe at some point we can get in.

I called to make a reservation at this restaurant, and the owner was quite unpleasant on the phone. Although she couldn't accommodate our group, which is perfectly fine, the way she spoke to my husband was shocking for a business owner. In the end, we're relieved that we won't be dining there.

Reservation ONLY, due to staffing so call ahead. All things considered the whole dining process was a little over a hour and as much as the atmosphere was relaxing and service commendable the experience in total was a bit disappointing mainly due to the food and you can't judge 1 thing 1 time but outside the bread nothing really impressed me here.

Very good food, and great service!Don't be in a big hurry, they are short staffed like the rest of the world.The food is worth the wait!
