Subway - Apollo

They were quick, and the food was delicious! Keep up the great work, Subway! Let's go!

Not the best Subway I have ever been to, the sandwiches were OK but the bread seemed old. They have a drive thru but it is NOT open anymore. The location is kid of a pain to pull in and out of, but they do have lots of parking.

The days of the $5 footlong are long gone. Now, it’s more like a $10 footlong. Eating here costs just as much as a meal at a sit-down restaurant. How much can a sub really be worth?

During my visit, I noticed that there seemed to be very young employees working at the restaurant. One of the boys appeared to be no older than 15, and while he was friendly and polite, the girl who looked around 16 had a poor attitude when I asked for cheese on my sub. Typically, the staff does ask what cheese I prefer, but this time I ended up with barely any cheese at all. Overall, this was the worst experience I’ve had at this restaurant. I couldn't help but wonder if there’s even anyone over 18 present to supervise the younger staff. I understand the importance of young people working for their own money—I had jobs at a young age too—but I also remember that laws restrict minors from using knives or operating ovens for safety reasons. I really think there should be adult supervision in place for their safety.

The service was quick and friendly. Subway is introducing a new menu, and the Cold Cut Combo Redux is quite good.
